Hydrotherapy

Water therapy or hydrotherapy is one of the oldest healing methods. It is based on a wide range of baths which have a beneficial effect on the treatment of vascular diseases, problems with the musculoskeletal system, gynecological and dermatological problems.

Healing iodine-bromine bath

Iodine water is the most effective balneological remedy for the treatment of vascular diseases. Furthermore research has shown very good effects during the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatic diseases, osteoarthritis, degenerative changes of the spine with root syndromes, chronic inflammatory joint diseases such as progressive polyarthritis and Ankylosing spondylitis. It helps very well to treat certain inflammatory gynecological diseases and peripheral neural disorders, neurological diseases, skin diseases - it improves healing and supports anti-inflammatory effects. Iodine-bromine bath soothe pain of musculoskeletal system, strengthens the immune system, helps to the normalization of the menstrual cycle of women, prevents eventual adhesions in the area of small pelvis and thus can improve the fertility of women. It reaches excellent effects not only during the treatment but it has also positive effect in prevention and recovery. Ladies will be surely interested in its rejuvenating abilities.

Bath from medicinal cannabis

Rosemary-lavender bath

Bath with thyme

This bath contains Thyme which is a natural antibiotic. Therefore thyme bath is used as a PREVENTION against colds (cough, runny nose) and flu. It also serves for regeneration, to strengthen the body and prevent disease. It eliminates muscle spasms. It is also used during the melancholy and mental problems and against warts. Furthermore thyme also supports digestion and reduces bloating. The bath is not recommended while having high temperatures or inflammation. The water temperature is 37 °C. Bath takes 20 minutes + 10 minutes of relaxation on a lounger after taking a bath.

Additive bath for the body and muscles

The additive in this bath is Juniper - strongly supports blood circulation, it has anti-inflammatory effect, it removes pain and improves kidney function which flushes out uric acid and other crystals of salt from the body. These effects are the reason why Juniper is recommended for rheumatism, arthritis, gout, joint pain or back pain. Furthermore the effects of juniper are used when removing menstrual cramps, low pressure and cold limbs, chronic urinary difficulties, stagnation and torpor of spirit or recovery after physical exertion. It is not suitable for pregnant women, during inflammation and infections. It is not recommended in the evening. The water temperature is 33-35 ° C and 37 ° C. Bath with peat extract

Peat is an accumulation of partially decomposed plant material which is formed in peat-bogs. It consists mainly of vegetation of trees, grasses, mushrooms and other types of organic remnants such as insect and animals. Peat grows layer by layer as the material is stacked. For the medicinal baths and wraps the peat is used since the times of ancient Egypt. Peat bath has excellent effects on rheumatic diseases and arthritis, to relieve pain in the back, joints and muscles. It also help against eczema (it mustn't be in the acute stage), acne and skin inflammation (healed noninfectious layers). It also relieves stress conditions, strengthens the function of the sweat glands. They are proved to have a positive impact on musculoskeletal disorders, gynecological problems, neurological and civilization diseases, it helps in the treatment of psoriasis, atopic eczema, acne, relieve stress, regulate sleep disorders and regenerate the body. It also have a significant detoxifying features. Peat bath is not suitable for pregnant women, patients with acute inflammatory conditions, with severe neural diseases or a disease of the heart and circulatory system. The water temperature is 33-37 °C. Bath takes 20 minutes + 10 minutes of relaxation on a lounger after taking a bath.

Hydromassage bath

Hydromassage bath serves to relax after a physically and mentally demanding work but also as a supportive treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. The positive effects of hydrotherapy (water therapy) are caused by the buoyancy of the water, its temperature and targeted flow. Water flow leads to short-term and long-term relief from pain and also to increase joint mobility. Hydromassage baths provide a deep massage of your entire body and acupuncture techniques of massage jets help to relieve stress and alleviate depression. Water massage works even preventively - it increases immunity of the body. Not suitable for pregnant women. The water temperature is 33-37 °C. Bath takes 20 minutes.
